If you are comparing TradeCloner vs Tradesyncer, you probably run several prop firm accounts and want one trade on one account copied to all the others. Both are cloud trade copiers built for that job, and both connect to Tradovate, NinjaTrader, ProjectX and Rithmic. TradeCloner may suit you if you want the lower entry price of the two, more accounts on the top plan, a free trade journal, or TradingView alert webhooks on every plan. Tradesyncer may suit you if you need a platform TradeCloner does not connect to, a mobile app, several copy groups, or more accounts on a mid-priced plan.

Pricing and plan limits, compared
List prices per month, checked 2026-10-06:
| Tier | TradeCloner | Tradesyncer |
|---|---|---|
| Entry | Starter $29: 2 connections, 20 accounts | Basic $49: 2 connections, 10 accounts per connection (up to 20) |
| Middle | Pro $79: 5 connections, 60 accounts | Pro $99: 4 connections, 20 accounts per connection (up to 80) |
| Top | Elite $149: unlimited connections, 200 accounts | Flex $149: unlimited connections, "120 total included" |
What the arithmetic says:
- Entry tier: TradeCloner costs less. The same footprint (2 connections, up to 20 accounts) is $20 a month less on TradeCloner.
- Middle tier: Tradesyncer includes more accounts. Tradesyncer Pro reaches up to 80 accounts across 4 connections. TradeCloner Pro includes 60 accounts across 5 connections and costs $20 less. To reach 80 accounts on TradeCloner Pro you would add two packs of 10 accounts at $8 each ($16 on top of the $79 plan).
- Top tier: same price. TradeCloner Elite includes 200 accounts. Tradesyncer Flex includes 120.
- Longer billing: Tradesyncer's stated saving is larger. Tradesyncer says annual billing saves "up to 30%". TradeCloner's yearly billing is about 16.67% off the monthly price.
- Trials: both run 7 days and both require a card. TradeCloner's trial covers copy trading, copy groups and adding broker connections. Tradesyncer's pricing page says "Card required. Charged on day 7. Cancel before then."
- Free features: TradeCloner's trade journal, news and economic calendar are free, with no card. Copy trading is not part of the free features. A free plan is not stated on Tradesyncer's site.
- Refunds: TradeCloner refunds on every plan when you ask within 14 days, for an issue the team has validated. Refund terms are not stated on Tradesyncer's site.
Prices on both sides change. Check TradeCloner pricing and Tradesyncer's pricing page on the day you decide.
How each runs
Both are cloud copiers you use from a browser. With TradeCloner, copying runs on TradeCloner's servers, so it keeps running when your computer is off. There is no VPS to rent and nothing to install in NinjaTrader. Tradesyncer's site says "No downloads, installation, or VPS required."
This page does not compare speed. Vendors publish their own speed claims, each measured in its own way, and most of a copy's real time is the broker's own order handling. The fairest test is your own accounts during a trial.
Copying features
Copy groups. TradeCloner runs one active copy group per user at a time: one Master copying to its followers. Tradesyncer lists "Multiple Copy Groups". If you want more than one Master copying at once, TradeCloner does not do that today.
Sizing. TradeCloner sets sizing per follower: a multiplier from 1 to 50, or a fixed contract count, plus a max contracts cap for each follower. Tradesyncer says you can "Set a multiplier for each follower, including mini-to-micro mapping". A fixed contract count and a max contracts cap are not stated on their site.
Mini to micro. Both offer it. TradeCloner's Cross Order copies a full-size contract as its micro, or the reverse, across eight pairs: NQ/MNQ, ES/MES, YM/MYM, RTY/M2K, GC/MGC, CL/MCL, SI/SIL and HG/MHG. It changes the contract; the count still comes from the follower's sizing. Tradesyncer lists "mini-to-micro mapping". A list of the pairs it covers is not stated on their site.
Orders and brackets. TradeCloner copies market, limit and stop orders, OCO brackets (take profit and stop loss), and modifications and cancellations. Tradesyncer says "Bracket and OCO orders copy and update automatically."
When the Master goes flat. TradeCloner's Follower Protection closes any follower still holding a copied position once the Master is flat. Tradesyncer lists "Follower Account Protection: Keep follower accounts aligned with the leader."
Daily limits. TradeCloner sets a daily profit target and a daily loss limit per account. A breach locks a follower and flattens it. A Master is flattened at its limit but never locked, and follower locks reset at 5 PM ET, Monday to Friday. Tradesyncer lists "Daily Loss Limits, Daily Profit Targets" along with time and session lockouts.
Closed accounts. TradeCloner's blown-account detection suspends copying to an account the broker has closed.
TradingView. TradeCloner includes TradingView alert webhooks on every plan. An alert places a market, limit or stop order on your Master, and the copy follows to your followers. The Master must be a Tradovate or NinjaTrader account; ProjectX and Rithmic Masters cannot take webhooks. See TradingView to Tradovate webhooks. Tradesyncer describes "TradingView via Tradovate: Execute trades directly from TradingView on Tradovate accounts." Those are different jobs: one turns a strategy alert into an order, the other lets you trade from TradingView on a Tradovate account. An alert webhook is not stated on Tradesyncer's site.
More on Tradesyncer's list. Its site also lists "Market Execution Mode", a trading journal, a prop firm tracker, a mobile app and an economic calendar. TradeCloner includes a trade journal and analytics, news and an economic calendar. If you want to manage your accounts from a phone app, Tradesyncer offers one.
Platforms
- TradeCloner: Tradovate, NinjaTrader (connects through the Tradovate login), ProjectX (TopstepX and other ProjectX firms) and Rithmic (Apex, Bulenox, Earn2Trade, Tradeify, TopstepTrader and other Rithmic firms). See the Tradovate trade copier, NinjaTrader trade copier, ProjectX trade copier and Rithmic trade copier pages.
- Tradesyncer (homepage): TradingView, NinjaTrader, Tradovate, Rithmic, dxFeed, Sierra Chart, ATAS, Quantower, ProjectX.
Tradesyncer names more platforms. Sierra Chart, ATAS and Quantower are charting front-ends that run on a Rithmic account underneath, not separate platforms. TradeCloner connects to the Rithmic account directly, the same way it would for R|Trader Pro, so an account on any of those three already works today. dxFeed is a market data vendor, not an account TradeCloner can copy to or from. TradeCloner can copy across its four platforms, for example from a Tradovate Master to Rithmic followers.
What TradeCloner does not do
TradeCloner does not copy stop-limit orders, trailing stops, multi-bracket orders or auto breakeven, and it cannot send brackets through a TradingView webhook. It runs one active copy group at a time, and its webhooks need a Tradovate or NinjaTrader Master. If your trading depends on one of these, TradeCloner is not the right fit today. Whichever copier you choose, check how it handles the order types you actually use before you commit.
Prop firm rules. Prop firms set their own copy trading rules and change them often. Check your firm's current rules before you connect a copier.
