Configure how trades are copied

Every group carries a handful of settings that control exactly how trades are copied to your followers.

Group settings live alongside the master and follower selection

Each group has these settings:

Copy Limits: copy limit orders (on/off)
Copy Stops: copy stop orders (on/off)
Mkt Exec Only: only copy market fills, ignore pending limit/stop orders
Follower Protection: auto-close followers when the master goes flat
FP Delay: 0.5s, 1s, 2s, 3s, 4s or 5s to wait before the Follower Protection check (default 2s)
Multiplier & Max Contracts: per-follower, not a group setting. See Ratios & Sizing
Cross Order: per-follower, swap E-mini/Micro contracts. See Cross Order
