How bracket TP/SL orders are copied

Updated July 17, 2026

A bracket (OCO) order pairs an entry with a take-profit and a stop-loss. TradeCloner copies the whole structure to every follower.

Take-ProfitSell 2 · Limit18,510.00
Entry (filled)Long 2 · Market18,470.00
Stop-LossSell 2 · Stop18,440.00

Entry, take-profit and stop-loss are copied to every follower as one OCO bracket.

A bracket is a take-profit above and a stop-loss below the filled entry

Bracket/OCO Order Copying

When the leader places a bracket order (entry + TP + SL):

  1. The entry fill is copied as a market order
  2. After entry fills, TradeCloner detects the TP and SL brackets
  3. Places an OCO pair (TP + SL) on each follower

If the leader modifies the TP/SL price, the change is propagated to followers.
