Orders Not Copying
Step by step troubleshooting guide

If a trade on your master isn't reaching your followers, it's almost always one of five things. Work down this checklist in order. The Console tells you most of what you need.

Checklist
1. Is the group active?
Go to Groups and check the status. It must show ACTIVE (green). Only one group is active at a time.
2. Are the connections healthy?
Go to Connections. Both the master and follower connections should show Healthy (green dot).
3. Is the right account set as master?
Verify the Master Account matches the account you're actually trading from.
4. Is Market-Exec-Only enabled?
If it's on, only market fills are copied. Limit and stop orders are intentionally skipped.
5. Check the Failed tab
The Console Failed tab shows the broker's exact reason for every copy that failed.
Common errors
| Error | Cause | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| MaxOrderQtyLimitReached | Prop-firm position limit | Lower the ratio or flatten existing positions |
| Access denied | Token expired | Reconnect the connection |
| RiskRejected | Broker risk rejection | Check your prop-firm rules |
| Symbol not found | Cross Order mismatch | Disable Cross Order for that follower |
